Ordering & Return Policies from Spencer Aircraft
By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the stated policies of Spencer Aircraft covering the topics contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Credit Card Policy
All credit card orders are processed manually by Spencer Aircraft once your order is verified with you either by telephone or email. We verify all credit information to protect our customers from fraud and misuse of their credit card accounts. Additionally, there is a 2% handling charge when accepting credit card orders that exceed $5,000.00 unless prior arrangements have been negotiated.
Return Policy
Spencer Aircraft will accept return of in-stock unused products in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, for up to one year from the date of purchase for a full refund of the sales price minus a 25% restocking fee. Special order items will be accepted for return for up to 60 days if it is in the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice, minus a 50% restocking fee. Any special order products returned after 60 days from the date of sale must be accompanied by the invoice and are subject to review by Spencer Aircraft.
All sales on tinted paints are final unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Shipping and Handling Policy
It is the policy of Spencer Aircraft to offer a variety of shipping methods to meet customer needs. We do not mark up our shipping prices beyond what the shipping company charges although we are required to collect sales tax on the shipping charges for those customers subject to sales tax. Our handling charge is based solely on our overall cost of shipping and packaging material needed to safeguard your items in transit.
